“10/10!! We worked with Matty and Brian for our wedding, with Brian as our DJ on the day-of. Matty and Brian were both great to work with, very organized in the lead up and made the prep very clear and easy so we went into the day confident we had great playlists on deck. They were also exceptionally flexible about the timeline of the day, working with us to make sure we didn’t miss any must plays and got everything we wanted.
Day-of, Brian was amazing. He was just the kindest person to work with, with great energy both 1:1 and as a host. We danced from 8:30-1am and guests loved every song and Brian did a great job teeing up some songs that required specific people be present etc.
Would recommend them a million times over, they really made the day!”

“Going into planning we knew that music would be so important to making our wedding night perfect. There are so many djs out there that are amazing but also so many different styles so it's hard to narrow it down. After reaching out to Matty I knew it was the right direction for us. He listened to what we were looking for and set us up with Dj Brian. After our initial zoom meeting I called my fiancé and said ok we found the one! Working with the app the provide to pick music was so much fun for us! And Brian delivered even better than we could've imagined! HIGHLY recommend! What an amazing company and team!”

In that short space of time, they managed to develop a perfect understanding of what we wanted our music and reception to be. Brian took a pretty disorganized hodgepodge of songs we wanted played from across genres and managed to curate a seamless, energetic, frankly awesome set, not to mention integrating a live sax player we hired. Exactly as promised, they kept the focus on us and our guest while keeping things on track. Their communication was top-notch and they were honest and genuine throughout, which really inspires confidence in the home stretch and gives you one less thing to worry about. “I would strongly recommend MD Music & Entertainment. My wife and I were fortunate to have DJ Brian as the DJ for our wedding in the Catskills in late October, and we could not have been happier with the experience. From Day One, we found Matty and the MD team to be responsive, professional and easy to work with, especially as we navigated a COVID postponement. The team kept in touch with us during our long planning period, and everyone was very well organized in the leadup to the wedding day. On that day, DJ Brian arrived early and checked in with us frequently to be sure everything was to our liking. He curated a fantastic playlist and was a huge hit for his song selections during our dinner and reception. Brian was friendly, professional and clearly took the time to get a sense of our personalities and preferences. (He even incorporated a musical reference I made during our vows into our reception playlist, which was such a nice touch.) He also served as a great emcee during our toasts/speeches, was great about making announcements throughout the evening, and overall kept things fun and running smoothly. I didn't understand before our day what a big difference the music would make. But DJ Brian was incredible and did just what we wanted - kept the program running smoothly and kept people having fun on the dance floor all night! My husband and I wanted to play music from our Persian & Turkish backgrounds. Brian diligently studied the music we provided, curated the best songs, and played songs from both cultures to the point where my family was shocked he wasn't a Persian/Turkish DJ! He truly went the extra mile and I'm so appreciative of that. Beyond that, Brian has such a kind and positive energy, which added to our joy that day and made him all the more fun to work with. “Matty and Brian were a true joy to work with! They were both very communicative, fun, and professional. They were also very flexible and accommodating as we rescheduled our wedding three times due to the pandemic. MD Music allows couples to identify music through an app, and can even allow other wedding guests to directly contribute to playlists ahead of time! The icing on the cake for us was the effort Brian put into perfecting our processional and my bridal "moment" appearing before all guests. There was a specific moment in the song I hoped to appear. Rather than trying to choreograph 12 wedding party members to time out the song, Brian came prepared with versions of the song he could cue at the right moment, allowing us to take as much time as we needed and allowing me to bask in the procession with my parents. It was completely perfect. Definitely recommend this team - super fun and thoughtful!”

“We had DJ Brian for our after party at Melzingah Tap House (after our wedding at the Roundhouse) in Beacon and we could not recommend DJ Brian more highly!!! He was unbelievable, as our friends and family turned our after party bar into a huge dance mob. We initially were planning on having more live music (we had a band at the wedding) or simply creating a Spotify playlist to play at the after party, but DJ Brian was worth every penny. He controlled the crowd perfectly, knowing when to swap between progressive house music (he told us that’s his background and we could tell) and fun 90’s sing a long songs like Semi Charmed Life, Mr Brightside, Get Low, etc. The cherry on top was that the few times I looked over to Brian during the after party, he was dancing just as hard as everyone on the dance floor! You could tell he was truly having a great time and was part of the party - he even was very open to song recommendations from what I’m sure was a loud crowd yelling at him for song requests. I also can’t leave out the multiple phone calls he took with us before the party to make sure we were totally on the same page as him before going into the night. Lastly, DJ Matty was the person we were emailing with and he was by far and away the best vendor in regards to email response time. These guys are the best!! Hopefully they can DJ another party for us soon.”

“We contacted Matty at MD Music for our wedding and worked with DJ Brian Morey, who was absolutely fantastic. Between two FaceTime calls and Matty’s music preferences form, Brian completely understood our vibe and made it an unforgettable night. We are country music fans but wanted to make sure guests had fun with the usual dance music too, and Brian somehow struck the perfect balance - we got so many compliments from guests of all ages. Beyond that, he was such a nice guy, and Matty was also super responsive from the logistics side of things. We could not recommend them more!”
